FEMA has partnered with their Strategic Alliance for Risk Reduction (STARR II) contractors to initiate a new study of the provisionally accredited levees (PAL) in Ventura County. This study is federally funded and will take place over several years allowing for input and collaboration with local stakeholders including, Watershed Protection District, Cities, residents, and businesses.
