On July 7, 2023 FEMA released the updated Elevation Certificate that supersedes the old version that had a listed expiration date of November 30, 2022. FEMA does not implement a grace period during the transition to the new form so any Elevation Certificates dated and signed on July 7, 2023 or after must use the updated form.
